RETURN POLICY

Exchange

​

We offer free exchange service for domestic customers with orders placed within 60 calendar days. Customers ship the merchandises back to us at their own cost, and we ship the replacements without additional fees to customers.


Please send package fully insured for the complete invoice amount via USPS with delivery confirmation, Federal Express, or UPS. Upon receipt, our customer service department will evaluate the condition of any returned merchandise to decide the amount of refund can be issued.

Refund

Here at SuperAudioWorld.com, we strive for complete satisfaction from our customers. We are confident that you will enjoy your merchandise upon receipt. However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item (s), the item (s) can be returned within 30 days upon receipt of the merchandise (s).

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

10% restocking fee will be applied to all refund. 10% - 20% restocking fee will be applied if products returned are not in their original resalable condition.


Original shipping & handling charges can not be refunded. Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling fees related to the return.
